BuzzThe answer to Why India Only?
A lot of people in Pakistan wonders why India has been the choice for international investors. Why there students prove to be more intelligent? Why Indian businesses are controlling the market share in Europe and United States? Well, I don’t know all the answers but putting international politics conspiracy theories aside, there are still many aspects in which Pakistan has still lot to do?
Just take Twitter, a social search network, as an example to start.Twitter, since its inception has seen many uses of its services. It has been used to manage brands and product reputation. Even the celebrities has been using it to directly communicate to their fans.
Although Twitter has yet to find a perfect business model but despite the fact they don’t have there own model, its is helping other businesses to prosper. Lately, the adaption of Twitter in Indian School in on the news. Schools in India has now decided to use twitter to communicate with there students and there parents. This would be a big step as Indians are already dominating the social networks and there agenda.
Now the biggest question is, as India is progressing to be the market leader in all aspects of businesses despite the internal tension of separation movements in 22 states, where are Pakistani businesses and students standing?
According to a research by Coeus Media, 90% of private school in Pakistan do not even have an internet presence, let alone the Public school. This should be a matter of concern as Pakistani students are already preceived to lack analytical skills. And with no knowledge of internet, chances are that they will remain ignorant of the scopes and chances available to them.
